Configurable for tanks, ponds, basins, and process systems
Integrated churn chamber mixing

BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD CONDITIONS

SELF-CLEARING
FLOW PATHS
Engineered to filter or pass solids, fibers, and debris without delicate pores or screens.

HIGH-EFFICIENCY GAS–LIQUID MIXING
Creates aggressive oxygen transfer, circulation, and contact using air-driven churn dynamics.

NO MOVING PARTS INSIDE THE VESSEL
Delivers mixing and aeration without submerged motors, impellers, or mechanical mixers.

BUILT FOR DIRTY FLUIDS
Designed for high-solids, fibrous, debris-heavy, and high-BOD fluid environments.

CONFIGURABLE INSTALLATION
Assemblies can be adapted for tanks, basins, ponds, lagoons, and process systems.
BOTTOM-MOUNT
TANK ASSEMBLIES
DESIGNED FOR
YOUR APPLICATION
Every system is configured based on your tank depth, airflow, solids load, fluid viscosity, oxygen demand, and installation goals.

Bottom-mount installation for efficient mixing in cone bottom tanks.
DROP IN / BASIN AERATORS

Ideal for ponds, basins, lagoons, and open process vessels
CUSTOM SYSTEM CONFIGURATIONS

Application-specific layouts for difficult fluids and special operating conditions.
CONFIGURED TO MATCH YOUR SYSTEM
FlowGate assemblies are sized around airflow, depth, viscosity, solids load, and oxygen demand. The examples below show two common nozzle configurations with estimated operating windows. Final configuration is selected based on the specific application.
NOZZLE DIAMETER
CHANNEL CONFIGURATION
RECOMMENDED AIRFLOW RANGE*
RECOMMENDED VISCOSITY RANGE*
6 in nozzle
12 × 1/2 in channels
~7–50 CFM
~1–300 cP
7.5 in nozzle
16 × 1/2 in channels
~10–67 CFM
~1–300 cP
*Ranges are guidelines. Estimated operating windows are based on observed behavior and conceptual two-phase flow modeling. Actual performance depends on tank depth, slurry composition, solids loading, chamber geometry, airflow control, and operating conditions.
IMPORTANT AIRFLOW NOTE
FlowGate assemblies are designed for high-volume, low-pressure blower operation. When properly configured, the aerator reduces dynamic wet backpressure once running, allowing more air movement at a given depth than would typically be expected from restrictive submerged diffuser systems. Recommended airflow ranges should be evaluated in that context, not compared directly to fine-pore diffuser airflow requirements.
